Hi there,
Short after last week’s release of the first public release of FlairBuilder 2.0, today I give you the second beta. This brings out few touch-ups and a brand new Menu Bar component.
What you also get is… drum rolls… reusable floating panes. That’s right, you can now reuse floating panes all over a page (they are bounded to a page) when using the Show Floating Pane action. Enjoy!
In other news, pages will not have a CSS grid by default, change the frame rate and that should smooth the UI a bit/lot. Also fixed a type in the shape palette toolbar, and now the app shows the tool cursor only when over the editor canvas.
More changes/fixes will come as you guys point out bugs or give feedback. So, let me know!
Warning: Please back up your projects before opening them in this new version. Thanks! Projects create with version 2.0 will not open correctly in previous version. So beware!

Hi,
be careful using this update. I destroyed all my designs. Accordion gone, large buttons gone, Tabs changed…
I cannot recommend anybody to use this just yet. Don’t get me wrong, Flairbuilder is great, but this update should not have happened like that.
best,
Toby
